Message frequency may vary depending on your participation and communication preferences with an estimated maximum of 4 messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan.

Opt-In Method

We get consent verbally by asking "Do you agree to receive conversation text messages from George Pocock Rowing Foundation?”

Recipients may opt in via email. You can reply to an email we send you in which we state 'By responding to this email, you consent to receive conversation messages from George Pocock Rowing Foundation”.

Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive messages from George Pocock Rowing Foundation. To opt back in at any time, reply START.
