Our programming is made possible by both passionate staff and volunteers. Your contribution as a volunteer is greatly appreciated and necessary for us to continue to do our work.

Sign any waivers associated with your volunteer activity
If you are working directly with kids, you might be asked to complete any or all of the following:
SafeSport Training
Background check
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Review the Volunteer Orientation
If you signed up to volunteer but can no longer complete your volunteer role, please let us know with as much time as possible.
Volunteer opportunities throughout the year:

Support 26.LU (set up, AV, bring a team)
Support the Row to the Future Breakfast (set up, slides, be a Table Captain)
Make donor thank you calls after the Year-End Appeal and/or Row to the Future Breakfast

Support PYR (food tent, parent coordination, team store management)
Participate in the Media Cup practices/race (cox, row, coach)
Support ErgEd by moving ergs to different schools

Support Camp Lucy (prepare/shop for or bring lunch, coach)
Participate in Corporate LTS (cox, row, coach)
Support Sport Sampling Days (help introduce kids to rowing)

Help solicit sponsors for the RTTF Breakfast
Semi-regular, on-call consultations on professional topics like:
Employment Law/Contract Law/Liability/Insurance Law
Marketing/Use of AI
