Each year Seattle’s four TV stations field a crew of TV personalities to race on live TV and for their favorite charity.
The George Pocock Rowing Foundation hosts practices and provides volunteers to coach, cox, and row in the boats at the George Pocock Memorial Rowing Center. The event takes place from the Conibear shellhouse during the last week of April prior to the Windermere Cup.
Each team takes home a donation from Windermere to go to the charity of their choice.
